Reflect, Restore, Sleep

An hour and a half of restorative practice in your own space

Service Description

How does it feel to pause - to really, truly, intentionally pause? To allow your body to rest and be supported? To allow your breath to really slow; to allow your mind to slow down too? Do you know? Can you remember? In this mini-retreat I promise you an hour and a half during which you can experience the feeling of true, deep rest and relaxation. The session consists of some thinking and journalling time, after which I will guide you in a truly relaxing restorative yoga practice and a long meditation to help you prepare for sleep. Join me on Zoom, from the comfort of your own space and slide into bed at the end for an amazing night's sleep.
